Return and Refund Policy

📦 1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Eligible Reasons:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective print or stitching

  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

  • Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at support@skylomo.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • An unboxing video (required for claims)

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement

  • Or a refund in special cases (like item lost in transit)


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Customized products

  • Late claims (after 7 days of delivery)


🚚 2. Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

If the order is not delivered and returned to us:

  • It will be held for 100 days

  • You can request re-shipment by paying shipping + handling charges

  • No automatic refunds for RTO items


📭 3. Lost in Transit

If your order is lost by the courier:

  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement

You must notify us if delivery is delayed more than:

  • 15 days for air shipments

  • 20 days for surface shipments


🔁 4. Exchange for Wrong Size (Not Allowed)

We do not support size-based exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
