📦 1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:

Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Order ID

Clear photos of the issue

An unboxing video (required for claims)

Once approved, we will offer:

A free replacement

Or a refund in special cases (like item lost in transit)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

Wrong size ordered
-
Change of mind or preference
-
Customized products
-
Late claims (after 7 days of delivery)
🚚 2. Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders
If the order is not delivered and returned to us:

It will be held for 100 days
-
You can request re-shipment by paying shipping + handling charges

No automatic refunds for RTO items
📭 3. Lost in Transit
If your order is lost by the courier:

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement
You must notify us if delivery is delayed more than:

15 days for air shipments
-
20 days for surface shipments
🔁 4. Exchange for Wrong Size (Not Allowed)
We do not support size-based exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
